Lisa "Elle" Becker is an Arizona native. Though she's lived in other amazing places, the desert called her home. She's usually found at her laptop, working on her blog. She's finished her first full length book, a post-apocalyptic Young Adult novel that is part of a three book series. Working hard at book two, she finds that writing smooths out the scribbles in her life. When not writing, she spends her time with her boyfriend and family and gets outside as much as possible.

Lisa is the winner of the 2019 Tempe Writing Contest in Poetry.

She enjoys painting, reading, and kicking some serious butt in Scrabble. She also loves all dogs and is looking forward to being a crazy dog lady someday.
