Dennis Michael Burke is a writer and political organizer. He helped organize the successful passage of the Clean Elections Law (public financing of campaigns) and the Citizens Independent Redistricting Commission (anti-gerrymandering reform), both in Arizona. He led grassroots campaigns for national campaign reform. In 1985 he developed the "I Voted" sticker program nationally to increase voter participation. He is not to be confused with Dennis K. Burke, the former U.S. Attorney for Arizona.
