An honors graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Law, Thea Rademacher began her career as a social justice lawyer. After her life-changing experience co-authoring A Drop in the Night, the Life & Secret Mission of a WWII Airman, she founded Flint Hills Publishing in 2015, which now includes over 80 publications. It is her passion to help emerging authors protect their rights and avoid problems.

She has presented virtually to authors around the world, and now in person, teaching them important legal and publishing information she believes all writers need to know.
