Dr. Carol L. Gandolfo received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology twenty years ago and spent much of that time working with developmentally disabled, police and fire. Before becoming a psychologist, she worked in the aerospace industry. She has been writing most of her life. She was a member of Southwest Manuscriptors in California and later The South Coast Writer’s Group in Orange County, California. Her doctoral program interfered with her creative writing due to the numerous reports requiring purely clinical writing. Today, she is semi-retired and able to write again. She looks forward to finishing her second novel this year and submitting many more short stories to Chicken Soup of the Soul, where she recently had two stories of her famous Sedona cat published.
